About this album
In the intensely authentic Dynastie, Rondeau ponders the concertos of the Bach family. Johann Sebastian’s towering Harpsichord Concerto in D minor features furiously intricate melodies, which Rondeau handles with precision, while Carl Philipp Emanuel’s work in the same key demonstrates the beginnings of a Classical turn.
