About this album

Texas’ Josh Abbott Band might be the most eclectic country-pop crew to come along since Zac Brown hit the scene, and their fifth album, Until My Voice Goes Out, weaves all kinds of influences into its modern country tapestry. "Heartbeatin'" boasts a rootsy blend of bluegrass and soul, and "Texas Women, Tennessee Whiskey" dips into some brassy R&B flavours. Meanwhile, when they're not getting good 'n' greasy, Josh Abbott and friends deliver touching, folky ballads like "Girl Down in Texas" and "I'm Your Only Flaw."
