On their sophomore album, the Colombian rap trio expertly blurs the line between the sacred and the street while embracing their Afro-Latin roots. Goyo, Tostao, and Slow celebrate their homeland's musical melting pot on “De Donde Vengo Yo” and their distinct heritage on “Somos Pacifico.” They also use a broad palette of Latin American musical idioms to colour around deep basslines and heavy beats, most notably on "Busco Personas." Throughout, they rap in Spanish like MCs hosting a carnival in Barranquilla, over infectious rhythms that are both inherited and drawn from a shared urban experience.
