The Classic Christmas Album

Luther Vandross' holiday soiree is all about bringing the essence of seasonal classics into a smooth R&B sound. The velvet-voiced crooner proves his prodigious chops on the soothing "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas." But the party comes to life on original tracks like "The Mistletoe Jam (Everybody Kiss Somebody)," which taps into a new jack swing vibe with hip-shaking production and salacious lyrics. If you want to keep the romance bubbling throughout the festive period, this is the one to slip on.
