Freedom (DJ Mix)

Picture the scene: June 23, 2026. Mark Richards and James Eliot—collectively known as Solardo—are in their Manchester studio, cooking up a lively mix featuring a preview of “Freedom,” their bouncy single. “‘Freedom’ takes us back to our old-school roots,” Richards tells Apple Music. “It’s a real moment in our sets that we always save for later in the night—a hands-in-the-air record built around classic rave-inspired drums, emotional chords, a heavy bassline, and an uplifting vocal. It’s one of those tracks that brings everyone together on the dance floor.” The song fits in seamlessly alongside popular Solardo cuts and a euphoric selection of beats spinning in their 2026 live sets, including tracks from Pako Ramirez, Toman, and ATLAC. “The mix is a true reflection of what you can expect to hear from us at clubs, raves, and festivals around the world: bass-heavy, high-energy, and packed with the music we’re loving right now,” says Eliot. “Hope you enjoy it!”
