About this album

Fourteen years after their first collaborative album (as Slim Thug notes on “Mask On”), the Houston OGs link up for a follow-up tape, featuring remixes of newer hits and hip-hop classics. On “All Eyes”, the duo deliver a Texas take on 2Pac’s “All Eyez On Me”, while “Top Down in the Winter” is their update of Kendrick Lamar’s “LOYALTY.”, with Slim and Killa celebrating the finer things in life and ingeniously highlighting the original beat’s chopped-and-screwed qualities.
