Since his debut in the mid-'90s, Albacete rapper Nach—born Ignacio José Fornés Olmo—has focused on the complexities of society. Often writing lyrics from multiple perspectives, the Spanish artist rhymes in a sharp, declamatory voice over soulfully intense and proudly triumphant sounds. His "Efectos Vocales" finds him spitting in a rapid-fire pace over a hard-rocking track, but despite his clear skills, Nach performs for a higher purpose: a drive to write thoughtful, challenging and meaningful hip-hop.
