Formed by members of Banda El Recodo in 1989, the third generation of Banda Los Recoditos puts modern-day twists on the traditional banda style. Yes, the blaring horns and pleading voices are intact, but Recoditos reinforce tradition with hip style that appeals to younger audiences. In 2010, after several albums, they released Ando Bien Pedo, whose lead single of the same name became a No. 1 hit. They have remained one of the most popular Mexican banda groups ever since.
